IAF River is the result of our Pablo genetics and Pyslent Knight lines.

His half brother, IAF Solomon was a fleece champion at the Suri Network fleece show, so we knew he was going to be awesome! We decided to match up his dam with our IAF Tiberius (Pablo son), hopefully to produce another black herdsire. We couldn't be happier!

His fleece is extremely lustrous and has a wonderful cool hand. The lock structure mimics that of his color championship winning sire.

He received a second place in the 2021 AOA National Show against some incredible competition. He has wonderful density which we will be monitoring once he ages a bit more.

His fleece has been awarded the best of the best! Two Color Championships, 2-1st places and Judge's Choice! We knew he was something special and the judge's are recognizing it!

With stellar black genetics on both sides of his heritage, one will have excellent chances for achieving black offspring. If you are starting out with alpacas or have an established dark breeding program, consider adding IAF River to your herd!

We have 2 confirmed pregnancies with River as of fall 2022. Can't wait to see these crias!
